The executives of the company represent a broad range of professional and educational backgrounds including positions in both Vietnamese and international organizations and institutions. Their expertise includes financial disciplines, management and leadership talent, and a growing strength in the identification and analysis of sustainability as a critical factor in value investing.

Mr. Thinh joined VNHAM after more than 20 years in senior level positions in investment management and financial consulting with both major international organizations and private companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SGI Capital, an investment management firm as part of the Saigon Invest Group. Previously he was managing partner of MCG Management Consulting, which he founded and led through numerous high-level assignments for both global and local companies. Prior to founding MCG, he was head of the management consulting practice of KPMG in Vietnam where he did extensive restructuring work with several State Owned Enterprises. Mr. Thinh holds an MBA from Washington State University, and a BS degree in Mathematical Economics from the Hanoi National Economic University.

Gyentsen Zatul joined VNHAM in 2009 as an Investor Relations Manager based in Zurich, Switzerland. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with international organizations such as Credit Suisse and Man Investments. Gyentsen is a Swiss citizen of Tibetan origin, and holds a Swiss Federal Degree in Marketing. He has studied and worked in the USA, Germany and the UK and is fluent in both English and German.
