The Foundation supports a partnership among MOLISA, the Da Nang Orthopedics Hospital, and the doctors and nurses of the Bruderholz Kantonsspital in Basel. The main objective of this partnership is to provide free theoretical and practical training to the medical and supporting staff of the Da Nang Hospital. The Bruderholz Hospital staff visited the Da Nang Orthopedics Hospital on seven occasions between 2008 and mid 2011, and plan to continue making regular trips to Vietnam. Their objective is to establish one of the leading orthopedic hospitals in the country. The VNH Foundation continuously supports the Bruderholz missions by covering the travel expenses of the training staff.
